1. Using SpillSpoil

These terms govern your use of SpillSpoil at spillspoil.my.id. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or have the permission required by applicable law.

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else’s account without permission. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of the content you create. When you submit content, you give SpillSpoil permission to store, process, display, and deliver it as needed to operate the service and make it available to its intended audience.

4. Community conduct

Use SpillSpoil respectfully. You must not:

• Post unlawful content, threats, targeted harassment, or material that exploits or endangers others.
• Publish someone else’s private information without authorization.
• Infringe copyright or other rights, impersonate others, or distribute scams and spam.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, steal information, distribute malware, or disrupt the service.

5. Access and enforcement

We may restrict access or remove content to address violations of these terms, security issues, or legal requirements. If you believe a restriction was applied in error, contact us with the relevant account details. You can stop using the service at any time and contact us to request account deletion.
